Are your products safe for children?
Yes — safety is our top priority. All our products are sourced from trusted suppliers and meet international safety standards. Please always supervise young children when using party items like balloons or small decorations.
Are your balloons inflated?
At the moment, our balloons are sold uninflated. But good news — we’re working on adding ready-to-go options soon, like balloon bouquets and gift boxes. Stay tuned!
How long do your balloons last?
It depends on the balloon size and the environment:
- Standard latex balloons with helium: 12–18 hours.
- With Hi-Float and kept indoors: up to 24–36 hours.
- Larger balloons tend to float longer, while smaller or untreated ones may have a shorter lifespan.
Keep in mind: heat, sun, or wind can make helium balloons deflate faster (or even pop). For best results, keep them indoors, away from direct sunlight, and inflate them as close to party time as possible.
How do I know the size of the items I’m ordering?
We include clear size details and photos on each product page. If you’re unsure or need extra guidance, just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
Do the colors look the same in real life as they do online?
We do our best to show true-to-life photos, but keep in mind that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings or lighting.

Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We deliver all across the UAE, as well as to Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar. If you’re based somewhere else, just drop us a message — we’ll try our best to arrange a custom option for you.
When will my order ship?
We usually pack and ship your order within 1–2 business days. Please note we don’t ship on UAE public holidays or Sundays.Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Saturday.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Orders within the UAE generally arrive quickly, international orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Can I change my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, no problem — we can update your address or swap items. Just reach out to us as soon as you can, and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we do! Enjoy free economy shipping within the UAE on orders over 250 AED. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Not right now — all orders are delivered straight to your doorstep for convenience.
How far in advance should I order for a party?
We recommend placing your order at least a week before your party (a little earlier for international shipping) to make sure everything arrives on time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Full details and instructions can be found in our Refund Policy.
I’ve requested a refund — how long will it take?
Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. Depending on your payment method and bank, it can take a few business days for the money to show in your account. You’ll find more information in our Refund Policy.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you received an incorrect item, don’t worry — we’ll make it right! Just email us with your order number, the item you received, and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or a refund if the item is no longer available.

Do you offer coupons or discount codes?
