Refund policy
We truly hope you’re happy with your order. But if you change your mind or something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
1. How to Start a Return
Just send us an email at hello@milupartystore.com with your order number and a short note explaining the reason for the return. This helps us understand any issues and improve our products and services.
Once you contact us regarding a return, we’ll schedule a courier to collect the return from your address — hassle-free! Please repack the item carefully to keep it safe during the journey. You’re also welcome to send it back using your preferred shipping method.
Please note: A return shipping fee of 20 AED applies within the UAE, which will be deducted from your refund.
2. What Can Be Returned
Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Returns are not accepted for personalized, made-to-order, or discounted items. International returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
3. Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund within 1–3 business days back to your original payment method. Please remember: sale items are not eligible for refund or return.
4. Exchanges
We currently don’t offer exchanges, unless your item arrived damaged.
If that happens, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery and include photos clearly showing the issue so we can make it right.
5. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
If your order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), any approved refund will be issued as store credit.
Store credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.
We do not offer cash refunds for COD orders.
In some cases, and at our discretion, refunds may be processed to a customer’s bank account once the returned items have been received and inspected.
