Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Delivery Schedule

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do not ship on public holidays or UAE government-declared holidays. Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and the delivery location.

Domestic Shipping – UAE 

We offer next-day delivery options for most addresses within the UAE, depending on the time your order is placed.

Next Day Delivery orders placed before 11:30AM will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 11:30AM will arrive within two days.

Remote Areas – UAE

Deliveries to remote areas are scheduled on specific weekdays and may take longer than standard shipping. Below is an overview of the delivery days by location.

International Shipping – GCC Countries

We deliver to several GCC countries with standard shipping rates and estimated delivery of 3–5 business days.

Please note that customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fees and may apply based on your country’s regulations.

Shipping Outside the GCC

If you would like to ship to a country not listed above, please contact us at hello@milupartystore.com. We will provide a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery time for your destination.

2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the UAE may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes according to local regulations. These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient. All international and GCC orders are shipped using a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) model. This means that the buyer is fully responsible for any customs-related fees and clearance procedures. MILU Party Store does not assume any responsibility for import charges.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

4. Express Delivery in Dubai

If you require urgent delivery within a few hours in the Dubai area, please reach out to us at hello@milupartystore.com before placing your order. We will do our best to arrange a same-day, door-to-door courier service, based on availability and location. Please note that this is a custom service and is subject to approval and additional charges.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders delivered within the UAE.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Please prepare the exact amount in cash at the time of delivery, as drivers may not carry change.

  • COD orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched.

  • If the courier is unable to reach you, or the order is refused, the delivery will be marked as failed.

  • Repeated failed COD deliveries may result in requiring online payment for future orders.

  • Some items — such as inflated balloons or personalized products — may not be eligible for COD and may require advance payment.

  • We reserve the right to temporarily disable COD for customers with repeated failed deliveries.

  • By selecting COD, the customer confirms that all delivery information provided is accurate and that they will be available to receive the order.

6. Accurate Address Information

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including correct building details, apartment number, area, and contact information — regardless of the chosen shipping or payment method.

MILU Party Store is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear address details provided by the customer.

If an address needs to be corrected after the order has been dispatched, this may result in:

  • delivery delays,

  • rescheduling of the delivery,

  • or additional courier fees, payable by the customer.

Please double-check your delivery information at checkout to avoid any issues or delays with your order.

7. Inflated Balloon Service Policy

Inflated balloons and custom balloon arrangements are offered as a bespoke service and are not available for purchase through our website.

All requests for inflated balloons must be arranged in advance and confirmed through direct contact via Instagram or WhatsApp. Availability, pricing, and delivery details are discussed individually before confirmation.

This service is available in Dubai only.

Delivery fees:

  • AED 50 for standard delivery

  • AED 100 for last-minute or urgent requests

Last-minute orders are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that inflated balloons are fragile and time-sensitive products. Their appearance and float time may vary depending on temperature, handling, and environmental conditions.

Once an order is confirmed and prepared, cancellations or changes may not be possible. By placing a custom inflated balloon order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
